SiteAuditr provides website, SEO, advertising, and reputation audits and related reports for dental and other practices. Free tools provide instant snapshots; paid services provide more detailed reports and deliverables.

2. Informational purpose — not professional advice

Our audits, reports, scores, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. They are not legal, regulatory, medical, accounting, or professional advice. Compliance-related flags (including RCDSO advertising observations) are advisory and may be incomplete or change over time; you are responsible for confirming your obligations with your own qualified advisors and regulators. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, lead volume, conversion, or business outcome.

3. Your responsibilities

• You will provide accurate information and only submit data you are authorized to share.
• You will use the services lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse them.
• You are responsible for how you act on any recommendations we provide.

4. Payment & refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes (including HST). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Because reports are digital and produced specifically for you, sales are generally final; if something goes wrong with delivery, contact us at hello@siteauditr.ai and we will make it right.

5. Communications

6. Intellectual property

The website, our software, report templates, and content are owned by SiteAuditr and protected by law. The report we deliver is licensed to you for your own business use; you may not resell or redistribute our templates or tools.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteAuditr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
