This Privacy Policy explains how MGB Digital Inc., operating as SiteAuditr (“SiteAuditr”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website and services. We are a Canadian corporation based in Ontario, and we handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and applicable telecommunications rules.

2. Information we collect

• Information you provide: your name, business/practice name, email address, phone number, website URL, and any details you submit through our forms, audits, or communications.
• Audit inputs: the website addresses and, for paid services, the advertising or marketing data you choose to provide for analysis.
• Payment information: processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage & device data: pages viewed, interactions, IP address, browser/device type, and analytics, including session-replay/heatmap tools used to improve the site.
• Communications: records of emails, text messages, and phone calls with us, including consent records and (where calls are recorded) call recordings.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, deliver, and improve our audits, reports, and services.
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
• To send service messages and, where you have consented, marketing communications by email, SMS, or phone.
• To process payments and maintain business records.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Communications & your consent

We contact you only on a lawful basis. You can withdraw consent for any channel at any time, as described below.

Email (CASL)

We send commercial emails only with your consent or another lawful basis under CASL. Every marketing email identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time and we will action it promptly.

Text messages / SMS (A2P & CASL)

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you service and marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consenting to texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. See our SMS Terms for full details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number and your SMS consent — with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only by SiteAuditr and the service providers that operate our messaging on our behalf.

Phone calls

We may contact you by phone where you have provided your number and a lawful basis exists. Some calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and record-keeping, and you will be notified at the start of such calls. Where a call is placed using an automated or AI-assisted system, the system will identify itself and that it is automated. We honour do-not-call requests and the National Do Not Call List (DNCL); you may ask to be removed at any time and we will not call you again.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and session-replay tools, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Service providers & disclosure

We share information with trusted service providers strictly to operate our services — for example, payment processors, our messaging and CRM platform, telephony and email delivery providers, hosting, and AI processing used to generate analysis. These providers are bound to use the information only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Data retention & deletion

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. For paid audits where you upload files, source files are deletable on request and are purged after delivery; we retain only the resulting report and aggregated findings. You may request deletion of your information (see “Your rights”).

8. Your rights

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

10. Cross-border processing

Some of our service providers may process information outside Canada (for example, in the United States). Where this occurs, the information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We take steps to ensure appropriate protection.

11. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised “Last updated” date.
